It is always a pleasure shopping with TopBuy.com.au. I bought Frontline Original Extra Large 4 packfrom them for only $45 including shipping. This was much more affordable than my local pet store.

Really cheap items! but thats about the only positive. everything i have bought from this website has fallen apart and it was annoying trying to deal with their customer service to get refunds.
on a positive note I did get my refund in the end and i guess if your looking for party stuff that will get thrown out its a good place to look

4 Weeks ago i bought bag from the website topbuy.com.au. because the website offer many product with cheap price. I have received the bag, the quality of product is good. But the problem is delivery time. i need too long around 3 weeks to received my order. I think they just need to improve the service of delivering.

Cheap pricing on lego brought me to this site, but the delivery time and state of the packaging was disappointing. I won't be using them again. (Postage was also pretty expensive, but when factored into of product was not an issue.)
one of the worst web out there. bought 2 pair of Havaianas throngs. Only sent me one and not the colour I order. And the main point is it is Fake!!!! Stated it is genuine but it is not

TopBuy sells cheap goods such as the fake Ab King Pro's. The equipment is not very well made and all the items on sale are not covered by warranty. Well there is warranty, but for product failures, the owners of the store do not honor the warranty's regardless.
Hi KathyJones, in our opinion, any business that makes money by selling inauthentic items (while advertising them as genuine) should be shut down. This combined with the lack of warranty is a sure sign for consumers to stay away. Please keep in mind that business policy does NOT in any way trump the law. Under current ‘Fair Trade’ legislation, consumers have the right to repair/replacement/refund of any product that is deemed faulty, not fit for its intended purpose, falsely advertised, etc. While we strongly encourage consumers to become familiar with their rights (and implement them when required), it also pays to avoid such questionable businesses in the first place. put my order in and they changed it without telling me. sent me what they believed was a suitable substitute which i didn't want.
the 1 product i did want broke the first time i used it. when i tried asked them for a refund they made me jump through hoops and in the end offered me a credit.
after more conversation they did give me a refund but it was such a hassle i wont bother buying from them again.
would advise others not to buy anything from them unless they know the quality of the actual product they are purchasing.
I have only bought from this site once but I was very disappointed with their services .
firstly they had the cheapest price for a gift I wanted for my sister but they sent wrong item( that's a big no no in perfumes ) and i couldn't return it because it was opened but they seemed not to care about their mistake
