We had a large window in our study we needed a blind for. I had put off ordering from a store because of the expense. Blinds online was so reasonable. They sent me free sample fabrics for me to choose from. I measured the window, put the measurements in online and choose the finishes I wanted. The blind was delivered to me within 10-15 as stated. I got a lovely phone call the day before to tell me it was being dispatched and they were willing to leave it outside if I wasn't at home.
The blind was really easy to install, taking about 15 minutes and I got an email giving a link to online instructions.
