This personal training session is done in a group. The instructor Steven was awesome. He was able to train each of us at our own pace. He didn't push me being new and he was able to push those that wanted to and had been coming for a while. It was a great workout even though i didn't feel at the time i was really working hard..i sure felt it the next day lol and loved that feeling. it was like going back to high school in that he made it such fun using balls and stretchy latex. They also did a non surgical face lift which lifted firmed and moisturised my face and neck making me look much younger. Very clean salon located at the base of the escalators, they carry dermatologica products which smell amazing, and feel lovely on the skin, no hard sell and the treatment was very professional and salon was clean and also smelt nice. Lots of clients in waiting room when i came out which indicates good service.
