I had previously found another pest controller on this website (RK) where they supposedly had lots of good reviews, but I had a less than satisfactory experience with them in trying to solve my rodent problem. The guy who showed up only popped his head in the roof manhole and threw some baits around the roof. He wouldn't even have bothered to look under the house if I didn't ask him to. That guy spent more time commenting on what I was wearing, the dust on the windows and the spider webs around the house rather than focusing on fixing my rodent problem.

Step in Darren and Zeropest. What a difference! Darren did a really thorough inspection of my house. He photographed and talked about the possible entry points where rodents could come in. He laid bait around the house (he didn't just chuck it around the roof cavity), and returned a few weeks later to block possible entry points (unlike RK where they won't do it at all). If you want someone who will do a thorough and proper job, call Darren and Zeropest. I will have no hesitation in calling them again for any pest problems.

Cannot recommend Dean and Clint highly enough!
On the Easter holiday weekend in April 2020 the weather had been so windy that a large tree on my neighbour's nature strip fell on the road damaging power lines in our immediate area and a small corner of my roof. Our electricity supply had to be cut and would not be reconnected until we could get an electrician in to remount the unit on our roof that allows the power lines to be connected to the house. I was getting stressed as I soon discovered my 2 usual electricians I had used in the past were either out of business or didn't work on weekends. I was frantically searching for electricians on Word Of Mouth and came across you guys. Dean rapidly assessed what needed to be done from photos I supplied him and quickly sent Clint out to do the repair work. After Clint remounted the electrical unit on our roof, when I asked him to he even put a tarpaulin on my roof to help stop any rain from leaking in, and also went to my neighbour's house to see whether he could do any electricity repairs there too. Due to their quick response and helpfulness, electricity was able to be reconnected to my house after about 3.5 hours. Thanks again guys.

Chris promptly answered my enquiry on his website. He came to measure and quote on replacing a large window and door at my mother's place and gave us a reasonable price. He and Gregor did a great job and were always willing to answer any questions me or my mother had. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Would have no hesitation on calling them again if we need other carpentry work done.

After making a few online requests to get quotes from a few roofing companies, Greg was the only one who quickly gave me a reasonable quote. The other companies either did not bother to respond, or tried to scare me into getting more done than was necessary. Greg and his team did the job with a minimum of fuss. I appreciate your work guys.

Applied for a quote via your website on a Saturday morning. A couple of hours later Arthur called back and explained what options were available to repair the door. He was very friendly and helpful and booked a time for someone to visit my place. The technician called to let me know when he was going to arrive, and efficiently repaired my garage door. As the motor had to be replaced, the door now works so smoothly and quietly that I have to double check that the door has closed!

Adam quickly replied to my online request, arrived on time and gave very reasonable quote. When he and his team came to do the job they were quick and efficient. I will definitely contact them again if I have any other tree problems in the future.
