I purchased a bed in early February from the Mitcham store and had a terrible experience. The staff were unorganized, rude and lacked basic communication skills. I put a deposit on the bed and decided not to go with delivery as i would organize for a family friend to pick up my bed, which they told me would be a maximum of two weeks. Within this time i sold my old bed and brought a larger size mattress, in conjunction with my bed on order. Two weeks passed and i had not received a phone call to say my bed was in, so i decided to call the store to see what was going on. I called every Tuesday for eight weeks and was given the run around, it was a diffeent excuse every time "the ship hasn't left yet"... the truck broke down"...it's at the dandenong warehouse we havn't yet unpacked it". Fed up with the situation, rude staff and no one returning my calls, i became extremly assertive and contfronted the manager. Within five days my bed was ready to be picked up. During the whole time i was not once apologised to, and infact the staff were extremly rude and patronising. I cannot believe they display this kind of service to their consumers, working in this type of industry myself, i have always been happy to go above and beyond for customers. I was absoloutly appalled, and will never purchase there again.

Fantastic food and service!! love love love it!! Fresh and fast. Great layout and exceptional value. Staff catered to our every need and were consistently helpful. The vietnemese food was outstanding in value and flavour, good portioned sized meals that were amazing!!! we love i there and will continue to return!!

THE rudest staff i have ever come across in my life as an experienced shopper. Was bluntly ignored and snobbed off by the some what horrid individuals. Can't complain about the service because, to be honest there was none!!!!!
