Great service and great advice. Darren has done a number of jobs for us, but his specialty for us was his knowledge and skills with the planning and installation of a heat pump hot water system.

Love this restaurant - great food, great service and on Saturday nights they have a live singer to entertain every one – and to dance to if you're up to it – My kids love to have a dance their too.
They serve a great Mongolian lamb and the best lemon chicken we have had.

Twisted Flair provided their catering services at my 40th birthday party. The 3 girls arrived on time, setup the kitchen and bar and provided great service all night. Their food was delicious and not just the run of the mill party food. All my guests thought it great. Lots of variety.
Very reasonably priced - but worth a whole lot more. There was lots of communication between booking and the date of the event.

Had dinner there on a warm Friday night - fantastic. The bar and wait staff were fantastic and the food was delicious. Freda on the bar made the night even better. She is Phamish's greatest asset. Unfortunately the Manager (owner) was a bit not professional and not accommodating. If it was not for Freda we would have left.

Excellent service, despite it being Mother's Day & very busy. The cheese tasting is a must! Laurie, the cheese Connoisseur, is extremely knowledgable, helpful & friendly. Pizzas are terrific & sides delicious. A bit noisy but creates a buzz about the place. Will definitely be back.

I bought a voucher from Our Deal to try this day spa for the first time. The only thing that left me On Cloud Nine was the fact I didn't pay full price for the treatments. Firstly, for the massage, I was not asked 1 question about my medical history or primary complaint, where I wanted the focus of the treatment to be, never once asked about how the pressure was or how I was doing during the treatment. The massage table was unsteady & made a creaking noise throughout the entire massage. As for the facial, the products used were thick & unscented, leaving my skin feeling like a pound of sorbolene was used & the massage component was very poor. The worst facial I've had. I would not recommend this business.

Arrived looking for a sit-down coffee. Advised there was table service. Waited 10mins to be served. After another 20minutes we walked out - still without coffee.
They serve and delivered drinks to others sitting around us who arrived after us. Customers who were regulars seemed to get service well before us again arriving after us. The staff claimed it was because most people phone their orders through – which I doubt. Regardless we should have been told there was a 30min wait if they had been slammed.
Admittedly the manager apologised, but it doesn't change the facts. Wouldn't go there again.

3rd visit to Dom's. 2nd time I've had to tell waitstaff there was no soap in toilet & no toilet paper. Hate to think the staff are using the same toilets.... Walked by kitchen on the way to toilet & it was very dirty. I will not eat there again.

Very disappointing Daylesford getaway spot. The Studio apartment was very dirty - we had to wash all dishes we wanted to use as they had been put away with food left on them, there were layers of dust and hair everywhere and mouse droppings on kitchen benches. Would not recommend this spot to anyone.

Staff were fantastic. After 30mins my taxi had not arrived this morning. Staff drove me (and 2 other groups of guests also waiting for cabs) to their destinations. My destination was about 25 minutes each way- GREAT SERVICE.
