I picked up a screw in my front tyre on the Wednesday before Easter and as I was driving to Bathurst the next day, I took the car to Kmart Wednesday afternoon about 4pm. They took the wheel off, pulled the screw out and the air started rushing from the tyre. The tyre was removed from the rim, inspected and plugged, then put back on the rim and inflated. A wheel balance was done and the repaired tyre put back on the car and I got away from there about 4.30pm, and all that for $31.50. The guy was so courteous and professional I will go back there when I need tyres.

The salesperson took me to a delivery suite where I was able to inspect my new car in private and then all the functions were explained and demonstrated to me. The paperwork was done and I drove out in my brand new car. I used to be nervous at car dealerships but here I was totally relaxed and even enjoyed the delivery experience. The female staff that I dealt with were very professional and competent and I hope they are still there when I need to buy my next car.

Recently in Queensland, I visited the Gold Coast and on the advice of a friend, I dined at The Lazy Lobster and it was a most satisfactory dining experience. The wait staff are courteous and efficient and the meal was excellent. I recommend the steak with pepper sauce but I saw one of their seafood platters and it looked awesome.

Private Fleet was most professional and competent in the motor vehicle business and obtained the best price for me and the car was delivered with a full tank of fuel as promised. Being a member of the NRMA, there was no cost to me for using the service.
