Before I had a session with George I really struggled with speaking in front of groups or people I didn't know. I booked an appointment and it was locked in pretty much straight away, when I had my session it was really good. He was really helpful and good to talk too. After my session I kept getting up to talk in front of groups and people I didn't know. The next time I got up to talk I was better at it and wasn't quiet as nervous, since then I've been listening too a couple audios he gave me from the session and keep getting up there and now I feel comfortable getting up and speaking in front of people, I'm not nervous anymore I actually like getting up there and talking. Best choice I've made going and talking to George.
