I used Bryan Baker PM services in the past (both as a tenant and landlord) and have come back to them. The quality of customer service is outstanding at what I believe is great value. (You should see property management fees in WA!!) I feel very comfortable that one of my most important assets is being well looked after- especially considering I am living interstate. I would most certainly recommend them.
