The best nasi lemak in Melbourne. Authentic, spicy....just not as cheap as overseas. Yet, a pack of nasi lemak is approximately $5, cheaper than other take away. Not suitable for dining in.... Stopping by on the way home for take away is always good.
Sister shop of Parkers Steakhouse in Geelong. The steak, ribs and grilled vegetables are all great. We still can't find any steak better in taste and price than Parkers and Squires Loft!
The yumcha there was not the best but good. Price is good too. Restaurant itself does not look too good but the food is good.
The yumcha is one of the best in Melbourne. The bad thing is they always start serving you with deep fried dishes. When you reach the steam dishes, you are always almost full. The steam dishes are great and must try the oyster sauce green vege (chinese brocoli)
The place is always packed with people. The dumpling is good. But the best is the 8 Treasure duck. In order to eat that dish, you are required to pre-order the dish. The yang zhou fried rice is good too. If you plan to go, definitely call them and order an 8 treasure duck and make a booking!
Services are normal. Tea is complimentary, drink as much as you can! The best and the most popular meal there is the Hainamese Chicken Rice. Cheap and great! They raised the price to $6+ but it was $5.70 when we tried there last year. Very small place and is not a place that you can sit there for hours....
Service were great, came with many asian restaurants. But the food is cheap and nice! They sell bubble tea there too! The menu includes a huge variety - Japanese, Korean and Taiwanese. My husband loves the Taiwanese Chicken rice and I love all the Japanese and Korean meals there. their bubble tea is one of the Melbourne best too.
hiding along Station Street, it is a small restaurant that people often missed. The people who run the restaurant are Japanese...and the food is awesome and authentic. After the food, we often grab some japanese ice-cream in the display freezer within the restaurant. The green tea ice cream and red bean icecream are both good!
We went there every time we went to Knox City. The services was great and the boss actually remembers what we always order. We always have the Nudle Trio for approximately $15 which includes entre, main and a drink. The portion is always big and worth the price! The wonton noodle soup is my favourite!
Very authentic Malaysian meals. I highly recommend the sambal kangkung, cha kueh tiao and the ipoh combination. I found all my non-asian friends love the food there especially the crispy chicken! Price is not the cheapest but the food is awesome and the restaurant is always packed!
