I haven't actually visited their store as I live in Victoria, but I have used their website and it's really good.
I'm not sure I would buy a bike from them online (although I'm sure if you knew exactly what you were after, it would be fine), but I have bought a number of accessories and I've been most satisfied with the experience. The items have all been really good quality, they're posted quickly and they have a good email confirmation system to tell you what stage your order is at. My only issue is that some of the information about items online is often a bit scant (e.g. sizing, how things work, what they're compatible with, etc.), and that's put me off buying them, because I'm not 100% sure about what I'm getting.
Sign up for their weekly specials email, they often have really great deals. The specials start every Monday morning, so check early in the week as some items are only in limited supply.

We've been shopping around for bikes, accessories and good advice for a while now, and this place did not live up to its hype.
While my partner was being shown the range of men's bikes by the young sales guy, I went to check out the ladies' bikes. When I returned to them, our sales guy asked me pompously if I'd found any bikes in a colour I particualrly liked. That sealed the deal for me: I was there for advice, not to be patronised. Be prepapred for the 'sales pitch' the second you walk in, unless all the staff are standing around talking together like they were when we walked in.
Prices are fairly standard and they don't seem to do any deals for bulk purchases, so you'd honestly be better off going to a small bike business if you're after better service and probably a better deal.

We have been shopping around for bikes, accessories and good advice for a while, and this was by far the best experience!
Provided fantastic, personalised advice, with absolutely no pressure and no over-the-top sales pitching. We bought two bikes and a whole range of quality accessories and had pretty much everything discounted. Fantastic follow-up support. We get the bikes serviced there for a very reasonable price too.
Don't bother with the big chain bike stores, this is an absolute gem of a bike store!
