I would say avoid them. I had worst experience ever with them. I was buying a unit and their lawyer just disappeared after I sent them my copy of contract. I was trying to call her, send her emails and nothing came back. When I called to sale person she told me that no one knows where she is. I lost a lot of nerves with them. I switched to another conveyancer straight away and tried to get back my documents from ConveyancingDirect. They sent me back only copies of all originals I had given to them. So I had to do a lot of paperwork all over again.
They don't have any offices. I sent everything to Locked Bag.
Their Strata report was awful with a lot of important things missing.
Finally I didn't pay anything for their bad service.

I like this bakery in Caringbah. I always buy donuts from them. They bake big donuts with small holes and put a lot of toppings. Donuts are really tasty, one of the best I tried and cost just $1.9. Staff is very friendly.

I had a voucher for dinner in this restaurant. They started to serve all tables at 8 and by 10pm they didn't bring any hot dishes. I was very hungry at that point and decided to go home. I wasn't the first one who left the place. Instead of tables for each couples they had two long tables along the walls and dance area in front. Singer sang in Russian and English.
The cold meal was fine but not the best examples of Russian food. Although we have a bottle of wine but I didn't drink being pregnant.
I don't think I'll come back to this restaurant.

I started to buy fruits and veggi from them since last month. They have low prices and good offers on some fruits and veggi. Sometimes fruits are a bit old but in general I get good deal. I liked their watermelons which they sold for 69c. My nearest fruit store had price $1.60 at that time. Location is convenient when I drive from work to home and they open until late. Although there is limited parking and narrow places for car. I always take my trolley-bag with me as they have only a bunch of old trolleys. Place doesn't look as fancy as big supermarket but for the price and range they offer I choose them.

I bought a stroller from online shop and it was delivered next day with free delivery option. Their prices are very compatible and they have sales from time to time. Online store is easy to navigate and they have good range of baby products. I'd recommend them. It's a pity that their shop is far away from my place.

This is a nice and small health store near Sutherland station. I bought Raspberry Leaf in tablets and extract Calendula in almond oil from them. The staff is friendly. I think products are a little bit expensive.

They have range of Russian food which I buy from them. Last time I got roasted buckwheat from them and it was fresh. Price is reasonable. For me it is a good place to get some special deli when I have extra $10-$15.

I and my husband have been there once. He has a lot of fun, I didn't ride because it was a bit cold. Some slides were closed for maintenance and the most popular one as well. So we have to come back to try the ones which were closed. Area is very nice and green. There are a lot of lockers of different sizes. I liked funicular for site-seeing.

Customer service was great. I believe it was a shop owner who helped me to choose the right remedy for my baby. Other time they called help-line to make sure medicine is suitable for breastfeeding. I got my member card at first visit and there is always discount for members.

I bought Raspberry leaf tea from this shop several times. And it was the only shop in Sutherland Shire who had Grapefruit Seed Extract when I was looking for it. Prices are reasonable. It is one of the biggest health shop in Sutherland Shire. They also helped me to find what I was looking for.
