I bought a voucher through livingsocial website and yesterday I had my carpet clean. I am very unsatisfied with the service I was provided. Cleaner was 2.5 hours late, I had to call several times to them to find out when he arrived. Basically he just steam cleaned my carpet without any extra services which were offered for free in voucher.
He didn't do any of this before cleaning: moving basic furniture, pre-vacuum and pre-spray
and any of these after: allergen odour/pet odour treatment, deodorising and sanitising. Plus he offered scotchgarding for extra $50 and no discount for next service - both were included into voucher for free.
He was in a hurry and didn't clean everywhere he could I mean under baby's bed although there is plenty of room underneath.
I am very disappointed customer and would not recommend them. And won't use their service again.

I washed my clothes in this laundrette. They have several commercial washing machines and dryers. Although machines are not new they are pretty good. I even think my clothes were better washed than in my washing machine which got broken the other day. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable. I will use their services until my washing machine is fixed.

They always have variety of fresh flowers different colours and sizes. Prices are very competitive. They also have presents for special occasions. I bought flowers from them for my mom's birthday and they were good for almost a week.

I visit this centre quite often and I always have to wait for my appointment. Sometimes waiting time is more than an hour. Quite disappointing, especially when I ran from my work to be on time. I think the reason for this is that they accept people without appointment in between other waiting.
Once one lady came after me and asked to see a doctor for a quick visit without appointment. So. She saw my doctor before me and I have to wait for extra 20 minutes...
The only reason I go there as they are in walking distance from my place. Seriously thinking to find another medical centre.

I go there with my daughter. They provide good care for my baby. I like to go there because most of my appointments were on time and doctors are experienced. I didn't go to there myself because it is not free for adults although I'm thinking to go in the centre if I have something serious. They even open on Sundays. The centre is clean and nice.

My colleague recommended me this park. It was the first time when I touched wallabies and koalas. Encounters with animals are not very big and it was quite crowded on the usual weekend (not during school holiday). Anyway I fed wallabies and it was exciting. There is take-away place with reasonable prices and variety of food. I would recommended to go there with kids.

I was there with my mom about a month ago. It was just 20 minutes drive from the place where I live. They have a lot of local animals, big territory. Parking spaces are not marked and there not many of them. Probably during school holiday it will be quite challenging to find a place. The price for ticket was reasonable. They have daily talks about animals. There is relaxing atmosphere and the park is not so crowded as Taronga Zoo. There plenty places to have lunch. But it's better to take lunch with you as they have only one take-away place. There are a lot of wallabies and I came close to them even without any food. I found it is a good place to go with the whole family two-three times a year.

I stayed in this hotel last Easter. It is a very nice hotel in quiet place close to the Melbourne CBD. Breakfast was included in my package and there was a choice of porridge, eggs, cereals, juice and etc. Room was clean and service was nice and friendly. I booked them through Wotif website.
I would really consider them again when I visit Melbourne next time.
There a lot of places to eat in 5 minutes walk from there.

I bought a sandwich from them once. I would say it is an average place to buy a quick sandwich. They have two small tables for eat-in. I saw two cockroaches in there, although they could come from the street.
Prices are ok. I don't think I will come back there. There are better places around.

I used their conveyancing services to buy a unit. Their communication was great, reachable on phone any minute. They explained me the whole process of buying and advised to me on what types of report I was needed. They were recommended to me by my colleague. I was so happy to find them. They did all communication with seller and bank for me. They kept me informed about all steps. I would definitely come back to them. Their price are very reasonable.
