Love, Love, Love this place! As the other comments note there is three different menu's to choose from so a great variety, Italiam, Steakhouse and Seafood! I have been here once when I had a vegetarian galzone which was great but recently we went back and I ordered a pumpkin and pine nut pasta off the Italian menu. It was the BEST pasta I have ever had! The best part was their home made white wine and cream sauce which was just to die for. I have craved this pasta every day since I had it and can't wait to go back and have it again, I normally like to try different things when I return to restaurants but I will have this every time I return to Nonna's because it is amazing!

Vetcall Robina, which is actually located in Mermaid Waters Q superstore is a great friendly little vet. I had to go here as it was approved by an animal rescue group to use for their foster dogs as I was looking after one. The staff were very friendly and the vet took his time to explain things to me which i think is always valuable in a vet. It was also great that they supported this animal rescue group!

My little dog had been bitten by a wasp or something and her face had swollen up and when i rushed her to the closest vets, Greencross, the staff were very friendly, understanding and patient. the Vet himself was very nice and took the time to explain things to me. They exceeded my expectations in the friendly service they provided!

We have been to Groove Train at Robina plenty of times and love the food and service there so thought we would try Groove Train at Surfers for a change. The staff were defiantly not as nice, maybe it was because it was lunch time and a miserable rainy day but they could have been a lot nicer, although they werent rude. There wasn't people there and the booth we sat in looked great and was really new and hip. Unfortunately we had a family with young children who ran around and screamed a little too much, but this is not the restaurants fault. The food was great as expected.

Little Roma is a great little restuarant. I went here with a scoopon voucher with my mum and the service was great. The food was good and value for money. A friend of mine had told me that the service was bad and they had to wait so long for their meals that they left but this was nowhere near the case for when we went. I would defiantly reccommend for a grea little Italian restuarant if you're on a bit of a budget and I would return again.

Really great little place. We went for a birthday dinner and it looks really flash and expensive but is very reasonably priced. They didnt have a vegetarian option on the menu but the waiter went and asked the cheif and made me a lovely risotto. Friends at my table even had snails. The resturant was very busy so took a while for our meals to come out but was a reasonable wait. Would defiantly return.

Was really dissapointed with the service at this hotel/restuarant. There was a large group of us who went for lunch. Most of us were not from the area. I only ordered the soup of the day and around ten minutes after all the meals came out I went up and polietly pointed out which table I sat out and that I was waiting on a soup and she snapped back at me and was quite rude. Then my soup came out straight away and she ran off as I tried to point out that she also didn't bring me a spoon. So I had to wait at the counter for a spoon and they handed me a table spoon and were also rude. My partners beef burger was terrible and he could not finnish it. One of the other burgers we ordered without tomato sauce and it came out with it when we checked on reciept where it clearly stated no tamato sauce. My partners burger also came out with double pinapple when he asked for no pinapple which was also written as we ordered on reciept. It was really dissapointing as we were there for a birthday and also were gettting an impression about the whole of Hervey Bay. One mistake we can understand but a few is a bit much as the restuarnt was not busy and there is no need for them for them to be rude

This is a beautiful little cafe/restaurant on the Esplanade in Hervey Bay. I went here to met an old friend when I was on holidays so I do not know the area. We talked for about two hours before we ordered and then another two hours after that and the staff were all very polite and friendly and even though we were there so long they did not rush us or anything. The breakfast meals we had were both very flash and tasted great. They also had plenty of choices on the breakfast menu. and the juices were really interesting and tasted great too. Defiantly reccommend!

The Accordion is inside the new Harbour Side Markets. It is a very nice restaurant and we went for lunch. The lunch menu had a decent amount of choices and was all reasonably priced. The turkish bread sandwhich I got was very nice and had lots of goodies inside it. The drinks were also very nice (milkshakes and juices). The staff were very polite and friendly. Plenty of pizza's on dinner menu.

Really dissapointed at the Service and the Food at Options Tavern. I hate to do a bad review but my lunch meal (pumpkin Rissotto) was very boring and not nice at all. My mum had the $5 steak and chips however and said it was very nice. The lady at the counter wasn't very pleasant at all and we politely ask a girl to wipe out table down as it had some mess on it and she was quite rude. The man who bought our meals out however was very nice. Unfortunately I won't go to this place or reccommend it.
