These people are rip-off merchants. They quoted over $3,000 for a replacement continuous flow gas HWS that's available from other companies for around $1,200, including installation. The particular HWS is available from Bunnings for $849. I would advise others to be very wary of any quotes provided by this company.

It does take a long time (6 months) to get an appointment as a new patient, unless it's something extremely urgent. Follow up appointments are easier, but the waiting time is still around 3 months. Very happy with the doctors, but I have to say the receptionists always seem to be very busy, and are quite often cranky and rude to patients (ie the customers!).
