I went there for the first time today after seeing the coupon in the smart saver. I was very apprehensive as I have been going to the same hairdresser for years but Stylez at Kylez was offering a great price for what I wanted - full head foils, cut, blow wave and straighten. I was greeted by a professional and friendly young lass and shown to my seat. My colourist Belinda came and inquired to what colour I wanted she then went off and mixed it and was back in a flash! She was lovely we chatted the entire time. I was asked if I wanted tea, coffee, water or magazines - I didn't. They then put on a toner and I had an amazing scalp massage - could have laid there all day! Whilst my hair was being straightened Kylie noticed that she did not like the way my hair framed my face so over she came and snipped away and I must say it looks great! Whilst I was paying I asked Kylie how often I should get it re-done and was shocked by her honesty. Generally salons will have you going in more often than is needed to booster their turn over so I was generally surprised at Kylie's honestly. Yes the salon is busy but you don't notice it. The girls are all very professional and friendly and seem generally interested in you and your life - which is how a business should be run but unfortunately this seems to be a dying way of doing things...well not at Stylez for Kylez. Well done girls my hair looks and feels fantastic and you have yourself a very satisfied and returning customer.
