I had a 3.5kw Daikin installed in my bedroom about 2 weeks ago. My first contact with EZYAIR was through their website. I remember thinking it was so easy to navigate and the photos of systems they had already installed looked great.

I was unsure of the size of air-conditioner I'd need for my room, so I used the heatload calculator, then I got a quote for installation. The amount was quite reasonable but I still wanted to shop around. I called a couple of other installers but none were able to match the price I'd been quoted by EZYAIR. Daniel contacted me via phone to confirm the installation. His manner was very professional and polite. He seemed much more knowledgeable and easier to understand than many of the other installers I had already spoken with.

The installation itself went off without a hitch. Daniel and his team arrived on time and communicated with me exactly what was to be done and how much time they would require. At the end of the day, they took away all the rubbish and left me with an extremely efficient air-conditioner that allowed me to get some sleep (finally!) that night.
