Our carpet in the lounge room and master bedroom were badly stained and generally dirty from our two boxer dogs and general traffic. Terry came to our house, gave his honest opinion and was confident he could help us. He successfully removed the stains and did an amazing job with the general cleaning of the carpets. Terry is so passionate about what he does, his customer service is a breath of fresh air and we cannot thank him enough :-)
