I requested confirmation, via email, that the product would be suitable for my requirements, and delivery date estimate, on Saturday. I got a rapid and helpful reply on the same day, and delivery was on Wednesday, as promised. Mike was also extremely helpful in answering a subsequent request for advice. Very impressed with customer service, ordering process and delivery.

Very professional, and we never have to wait too long to get in. The receptionists are often the veterinary assistants, so usually also very knowledgeable. The waiting area is large and welcoming. I understand they also conduct puppy school there, which must be a hoot.

I don't know any other shop in Australia where you are greeted by a cheery 'Hello' the minute you walk in the door. But if there is a crowd , as is most often the case, you will have to wait a while to be served. If you want some of their amazing smoked hams for Christmas, you'll need to order it a couple of weeks in advance. Expensive, maybe, but certainly worth it.
