I cannot understand how this company is still in business. After installing our pool fence with the incorrect paving mounted brackets, I rang them some time later to have our 2 pool gates adjusted. Neither gate would close making it extremely unsafe. Multiple phone calls and after being ignored for months, Jason finally agreed to come himself the next day. Next day waited and messaged him half an hour after the appointment time only to be told that he was not coming (and had clearly forgotten all about it) They are so incompetent they really can’t seem to organise anything right.
