Firstly, its about the cleanest surgery I have ever walked into, providing space, and aesthetic business surroundings. When I'm feeling unwell, I am not surrounded by colour blasts, skirmishing people hurrying past, and noise. Everyone is professional, and caring, intelligent and concerned for the wellbeing of their clientele. Yes. Clientele. Different from 'customer'. They list each person as contributory to their own existence, and this is seen in the care they treat each individual- without discrimination. Whether you are on the pension or have a fund, people are treated excellently. This is also in the fact that they also bulk bill. Staff are really lovely there. Upon entering, they still afford a smile even though they are very actively busy. As their website states: Quote:" ...The surgery prides itself on meeting the medical needs of patients. The Doctor's of this practice have many years experience from general to corporate health. Excellent skills, and devotion to patient service, ensures our doctors are second to none. " Unquote. Is very true. I see Dr Cordova there. She's just great. Diplomatic, caring and compassionate, well informed, and ACTUALLY EXPLAINS MATTERS WITH YOU!!! The people here make you feel safe in their hands. You are not a number, not just a product from an overworked, underpaid, and understaffed business. it certainly looks as though Medeco looks after its staff AND its patients. I found it so refreshing not to be handed out drug prescriptions, then pushed out within 5 minutes, and left ignorant.Nnnnnnnexxxtttt !! Lol.
Go here. Forget the rest.

Approximate cost: $Bulk Bill.

Inform Dental is a great dental surgery. Nurses, Staff, and Dentists are excellent. Sensible. Talented. If you expect a particularly good service, you get it. Nicole Saba- just beautiful. Professional, compassionate, indiscriminate, and caring. If you don't like snobbery, self effacing smuggery, and over priced confection, get value for the good money you spend. Right here. One of the male doctors there saved a tooth from being extracted. Hard work, but he did it. Recreated the walls. Just excellent.

My experience, unfortunately, was not a good experience here. A few years ago, a dentist was drilling my tooth for a filling. The dentist decided to continue, turning it into a root canal process instead. It was overdrilled, then a crack occured through the tooth. The dentist paused for a while, then proceeded to complete the job. Nothing was said. After, I was told that they had to do a root canal rather than a drilling. This is what I remember. The problem I had though was that after a few days, I abcessed across two teeth, and when I needed to be seen to, they could only book me in the week after. I had to rebook to another surgery dentist to clean up the mess. Unfortunately again, the tooth (which could well have been saved if for prompt care), had to be extracted. Prompt after- surgery emergency allocation I feel, is important. A partial denture is no replacement for a tooth that could have been saved in the event of prompt after surgery care. Yes, I thought it very unusual too that the surgery could find no appointment slots at the time. This was my experience.

He REALLY cares. When he comes up with an unusual case, he makes sure that all avenues are sought out. The equipment is top of the range, the reception is efficient and friendly, and through the guise of a gentle and caring man is a sharp shooting mind with a stolid true grit about him. Never go to another if you can ever help it. He's brilliant. Cheers all around for John Pardey- clever man!
