Haven't been here for years. Due to traffic hold up, decided to stop in and have dinner instead of sitting in traffic. The pizza was so tasty and so was the roast vegetable salad. The service was escellent and attentive without being in your face.

Tried this place years ago. Food was excellent. Tried it again on the weekend. Food is still great. The service was quick and friendly, and the lunch specials were great. BYO as well.

Had a Royal Thai Massage and reflexology (used an Our Deal voucher). Rang to make the appointment. Prompt phone call returned. The massage was the full deal (not a sample like some on line deals). And the massage was so good. Definitely going back again. And their opening hours are very long and 7 days per week.

Breakfast was great (tasty and substantial). My coffee was the nicest I have had for a long time (although it was just lukewarm). Friend sent her coffee back twice and still couldn't get it right.

I require the services of a removalist.
I certainly won't be using Dundons Removalist again.
They were to arrive at midday, so the house could be packed up by 2pm (settlement time).
I received several phone calls saying they were running late and they could book in 4:30 for 3 men.
I rang the owner at 3:00 and left a message saying that I was picking up new house keys and would be back for 4:30. Apparently, the truck arrived at 3:30pm and waited.
I asked that certain items not be placed onto the truck but one item got put in and was told too bad.
Then all my gear did not fit into truck and then that was my problem at 7pm at night.
When I rang to make the booking, I read out room by room what I required to be moved. He said he would provide biggest truck and it would all fit in. And the hourly quote was for three men. Only two arrived.
My son ended up going with them to the second place to drop off furniture. He questioned the bill from them.
They were charging an extra $100 for the piano. I said there was a piano in the initial phone call and not one mention of an extra cost. And they charged me for waiting around for me although I had been waiting for 3 ½ hours already, and especially after I left a message as the owner did not take my call nor return the call. His staff did say he regularly did not take calls if running behind (even from them).
I have asked for a copy of the invoice/receipt as I did not receive it. 7 months later, I still have not received it.
His website has good reviews, of course. I bet this doesn't make it on there, and his email stated that they allow 2 hour window for all start times (not 3 ½ hours).
Not very good customer service when client not informed of what is happening.
Having said all that, the staff were very efficient and did work hard.
