Brunswick East CrossFit has completely changed my life. I will be honest in saying I didn't know what CrossFit even was to start with. I drove past and contacted Claire. Claire is not only an awesome operator but also the loveliest person and amazing coach. I was hesitant to start however Claire & Ian made me feel so comfortable!! I am so glad I joined and I look forward to going every single time and feel disappointed when I cannot go. The results I have received with Claire in just a few weeks, I have not received with anyone I have trained with or any form of activity I have done. I cannot speak highly enough of this establishment and Claire. Thanks heaps :)
