Excellent hotel - good service, spacious rooms. Staff were attentive and will ng to assist in anyway. You will find cheaper hotels in Perth but few that are better.

Hired an Avis vehicle last week. Booking was accurately recorded with vehicle and documentation being ready when I got off my plane. Vehicle was very clean and in excellent condition.
Rang my NAB Branch to inquire about a loan. The call was automatically diverted to a call centre. Was a very lengthy process to identify myself so that I could be put through to a "loan specialist". Finally spoke to a "loan specialist" provided all information requested - appointment made to follow up with loan application the next day. Next morning received an email to say he had cancelled appointment as the matter was too complex to do with the call centre ands that I would need to speak with a branch.
My wireless router died last Monday; ordered a new one from apple on Tuesday. It arrived in remote Western Australia on Thursday. Couldn't ask for better service.
Major regional airline in Western Australia. Flights are often delayed. Meal service very poor - more pies than anything else. Fares are expensive
I normally fly Qantas but have flown with Virgin Blue a couple of times - most recently last week. Generally a very positive experience though disappointing that a flight from Perth in the day time has now meals (only sandwiches and snacks)
Last visit was satisfactory. Friday night is fish special - fish is good though have been when fish has run out and salads not replenished. Regular menu is good for a pub meal.
Open throughout the day - most popular for lunches. Lunch menu changes daily and food is excellent. Quality of service is variable at times. Great for coffee & cake as well.
Open for lunch and dinner - most recently had lunch. Good selection of light meals - freshly prepared. Views out over Esperance Bay are great. Often ned to book for lunch.
