A quaint and unique accomodation option. All beach huts are individual in colours and designs; some have spas and some don't. Tennis court, DVD's to hire, champagne and brekky options are included which is nice. Very friendly service. I wish it was a dog-friendly accomodation facility; that would have made it perfect. A wonderful gift idea for someone you love.
Approximate cost: $160
Who would have thought there would be a large Rivers store in the main street of Victor? Picked up a great suit for work for just $15....bargain. Staff were not overly helpful but pleasant. Lots of stock. Would be great to have more shoes that were not made of leather and some clothes made locally would be appreciated. Worth a look when in Victor.
Hubby was happy with his 'carvery' here on Saturday night, but my vegetarian curry was very average....quite disappointing. Busy bistro, but it would have been great to have had another vegie option to choose from. Expensive night out, considering the quality. Parking was fine, but overall a disappointing experience.
Approximate cost: $23
Really impressed with Nino's! Great service, white tablecloths, good wine list and a classy pizzeria (not many of those about!). Hubby happy with his Hawaiian and I enjoyed my Margarita pizza (minus the mozzarella). I would recommend this to everyone.
I was quite disappointed with our visit here this weekend. Very little for a vegan to consume and the service was not prompt or friendly! Even hubby (not vegan) was unimpressed. We have been here before and enjoyed our experience, so this was disappointing. Hope it improves as it is a perfect position to do well in Victor.
Certainly worth a visit if you are in Victor. A disappointing greeting from the staff/vollies at the front counter (one great, one very poor). We had a 2 for 1 pass which meant it only cost $4 each to get in. Nice little gift shop and lots of money boxes to put your donations in! Surprisingly enjoyable and we learnt a bit too!
An awesome little place on the water. Very busy for Sunday morning breakfast; obviously a popular place to visit! Beautiful avocado on toast with paprika (chef made it fresh, hence left out the fetta as I asked). Hubby demolished his breakfast; he loved it! Easy parking and worth the visit.
Had lunch here on Saturday. Hubby a little disappointed with his flake and I had chips and salad (would've been great to have just one vegan option). Fairly quiet in the restaurant and service was quick. Great position on the street; needs a little finishing off inside (walls/flooring etc). A quaint place to visit.
What a beautiful little shop! A great range of books, with the added bonus of some gorgeous jewellery and gift ideas also. A really good combination for the main street of a holiday town. Really impressed; hope people support this local bookstore.
What a fantasic little store! Right in the centre of Victor, a great source of all things surf. Large changerooms, pleasant & helpful staff and a good range of stock. Unfortunately we couldn't find the right pair of trackies for hubby, but both of us were impressed with this shop.
