Over the years I have been to many different yoga classes throughout Sydney ... and I would have to say that Yoga Teacher Vivienne Dias is simply the best. She's an amazing human being who enjoys helping you with posture & alignment, breathing and what other challenges that may arise. I feel very blessed and recommend this to anyone who wants to take their health up to the next level.
