I have been going to Revive, with Lily, for many years now. I attend with a group of girls (2 or 3) with the emphasis on weight training for osteoporosis and general well being. Lily's sessions are always varied and tailored to our needs, and she is very careful to ensure no damage is sustained to our aged bodies, whilst at the same time ensuring we do plenty of both upper and lower body exercises. We are also encouraged to do 10-15 minutes of cardio beforehand. I enjoy my sessions, they are fun and because of the commitment to both a personal trainer and myself, I only miss if I am away.
