How refreshing it is to deal with a business which is helpful, appreciates your problem/requirements and calls you back to make suggestions and/or give advice freely. They then call you to say that they are on their way! An all too rare experience these days. I could not fault their promptness and clean efficient service at a very reasonable cost. The runners had cracked/worn on our family room sliding door and was difficult to operate. As it was an older type of door it had to be totally removed
together with the fixed glass panel in the frame; not exactly straight forward. They did a terrific job and I would have no
