Our first contact was from Ben, who was at our place from about 8.30am until after 5pm. He worked non-stop assessing the problem, clearing all drains and quote for the further work needed. We were very impressed with his attitude and determination to ensure a top job. Following that, we were serviced by several men over a few days, as they inserted the lining necessary to completely seal and isolate the system from future problems. Again we found a total commitment to excellence with very polite and obliging attitudes. They left the place spotless, after what was necessarily a huge job. We have recommended The Drain Man to a nearby neighbour who need similar work done.
