This is a stunning facility with the very best food, I went here for a conference, training days and the food and service is of a high quality, very tasty and freshly made.
Some of the staff are on a training programme and are learning valuable and necessary skills to get full time jobs in the hospitality industry, and some of the very best training it must be, my observations are they do a sterling job.
Excellent.

It's really a case of where do you stay when you want an experience, I found the owners to be very nice. I asked to be put on the top floor as I wanted to be as far away from street level, as possible, but there's no lifts and as fit as I am it was a little inconvenient to carry luggage to and from the car. When we arrived it was raining and the top floor stairs are not under cover so you get wet in the process, but your luggage gets a clean so that's a real bonus.
The Room was very clean, the bathroom is big, a shower and toilet, lovely and the beds are ok. Overall lovely stay though the owners will admit that the one million dollar refurbishment the motel is going through is well due.
Its good the owners will be candid and ensure if your not fit that you get a room on the ground level.

This review is for The Crepe & Coffee Co, Redfern NSW

Another exciting example of the revamped and renewed Redfern. This is a marvelous modernized store in the heart of Redfern, close to the station, down near the large cross roads of Regent and Redfern Streets, and across the road from the very lovely and beautiful Cope Street.
This cafe has it all more than just crêpes and a vast selection of, more than great coffees and a vast selection of, but a great selection of freshly made foods, hot and cold. Today was my first lunch here and by no means my last. I've moved to Redfern to work and this petit Crêperier has made the move so much more worthwhile. A big Thankyou to the staff you are friendly and informative, and show passion.

This review is for The French House, Waterloo NSW

This is Truely one of the very few cafes I go to that I want to sit facing inwards, where looking in towards the workings of the Cafè, Is the best thing, that's because if you do and if you like me have been to Paris, you will be transported back to happy and fond days sitting in French cafes, and just imagine your there, all without having to pay for the air fare.
The cafe is stunning, it is styled in French, plays French music and best of all has some very delicious French treats, excellent coffee and a Ooh la la experience.
The best time to come is through the week, Saturdays are busy and Sunday if you don't get in before the Close by HillSong Church comes out, then forget getting a table.
Lovely Cafè if I have a weekday off, I come here, sit looking inwards, close my eyes and transport back to fonder days."Non, je ne regrette rien"

This review is for Dank St Depot, Waterloo NSW

What I can't believe with this place being so good, Dank Street becoming the in place to be seen that no one has reviewed it since 2009.
Founded on the principles of the Slow Food movement,Quoting here from their menu, Danks Street Depot, vibrant café and bar, continues to showcase sustainable and ethical principles; championing local producers, seasonal produce and low food miles where possible. OK you have me there the food is fantastic but low food miles?? Whatever, it's worth the extra to just sit relax and enjoy the uncomplicated, delicious food.
Great food, good service, fresh tasting everything, these are all the ingredients that make Danks Street Depot worth visiting.

This review is for Kiama Ocean View Motor Inn, Kiama NSW

An older style Motel which is Located in a quiet street, which overlooks Kiama's main swimming beach. From here you have all the scenic beauty and attractions both natural and man madeof Kiama, to explore. There's plenty of parking in front of your room and the rooms are clean and tidy. Its an easy walk to the centre of town, the railway station, allot of restaurants, cafes and shops.
Most importantly you have to see the famous blowhole up on the headland and harbour. The harbour always reminds me of that little town harbour in the Jaws movie, cute and quaint.
Plenty to do and lots of relaxing time to be had in Kiama.

This review is for Kiama Leaugues Club, Kiama NSW

I get down to Kiama on rotation every three months and I always go to the Kiama Leagues Club. It's very modern, clean and secure. The check in is fast and the restaurant is your a typical club food, excellent selection, good sized portions and great quality. Theres a discount for club members, if your going with four people, it's worthwhile joining.
If Yor lucky you'll get to go on a Karoke weeknight, there really is some good talent in Kiama, and there's some amusing acts. My Favourite performer in Kiama is Carl.
They have a good range of machines and plenty to do, a good time to be had in a relaxing, friendly safe environment.
