Shopping at Coles Busselton can e a harrowing experience depending on when and what time you decide to shop.
POSITIVE:
Recently have introduced new trolleys for smaller items which are FANTASTIC!!! and they save your back.
The shop itself is clean and tidy.
The staff on whole are very nice and will try to assist you if they are able.
I shop there regularly as it is convient for my needs.
PROBLEM AREA:
Management has a problem with providing extra checkout personel when it becomes busy is what is allocated as a non-busy time in the store.
More than once have I got to the check-out and left the trolley and just walked away due to the fact that there were up to 30 people waiting and only two checkouts open. When we requested the floor manager for more checkout staff she replied that she could identify the problem but was not allowed to put on extra staff during non-allocated busy hours.
I was told, as were are customers waiting the only way they could change management's attitude to current checkout status was for us to fill out the client satisfaction form and post it to Coles Australia.
This is no way for a large food grocery chain to behave and I wrote to Coles of my personal experience at this store

I use PayPal for all my Australian and Worldwide transactions where possible, as I find except for one instance that I had paid for an item on eBay and that item did not get sent to me, despite going through the stress of "Resolution Process" I could not get my money back and found that PayPal in this instance did not look after their customer as well as they should have. eBay and PayPal should track and refuse to deal with known "con artists and frauds" because if one person has a problem if they track the history of the seller as was done in this instance there were many other's in the same situation as I found myself to be in!! READ THE FINE PRINT "ALWAYS"

My whole experience with this service has been brilliant. Product are as prescribed at a lower costing than pharmacies where I live. The staff on the phone for queries on product knowledge and specials have never failed me. Overall service is professional and I have not had any problems except one order which was missing an item, which was replaced as soon as I rang them and was delivered within 48hrs.

Approximate cost: $much lower than reg pharmacies

I have been using the service of WMC for 15 years. I have used other GP practices. Time waiting is very much dependent on which doctor you see, if you want a specific GP (my GP waiting times can be up to 6 weeks for a non-essential appointment) but other GP's usually within the same week. Emergency and urgent are always seen asap. If I only need a script or something minor I will see other GP's at practice as it is not always able to get my own GP and that is ok as he is so over booked and often works up to 12 hours per day. Waiting time at the time of appointment is also dependent on GP. (My GP I have waited up to 3 hours after my prescribed appointment, but always a good reason why ie: baby delivery, heart attack) Most GP's within 30 min of appointed time. My personal GP is absolutely brilliant (he is one of a kind as they broke the mould after they made him LOL) Value for his service 100% My overall rating for general practice would not be as high without this GP so I am giving 100% for his knowledge, skill, client communication, empathy and a bloody good doctor.
