To get an award, I was pretty surprised by how good the food was, although you could ask for a slightly larger serving of pasta.. I was pretty tempted by their selection of desserts though but it didn't go that far..
A place when you're having a HUGE craving for meat.. and that's what these places are for.. There was a good spread of meat on their platter for two and were cooked to perfection... A little slow on the service is pretty much all I have to say..
The food was great.. love their sushi boats with a great spread of sashimi and sushi.. In the summer months where you eat by the marina pier is really nice.
I love those little tables that seat four adults nicely just next to the train.. A good place to catch up with friends while watching the train for dozens of plates of sushi running around..
For a quick meal in the city after work hours is where I normally find myself there.. at $3.00 a plate.. What you eat is dictated by what comes around on the train, although you can order what you want to eat from the menu.. but that's probably part of the fun of eating at a sushi train..
Approximate cost: $3.00
It didn't have as much variety I would expect from this new restaurant compared to Genki which were previously there. The service was friendly and we didn't wait long for the food to come out..
A place with good Chinese food when you want to bring overseas friends and family to. They'll never disappoint you.. Make you remember to make a booking prior to going because they're that popular!!
There was quite a lot of MSG in the food although it was just average.. A mate and I came pretty thirsty after the meal..The service was alright but use a bit more initiative at times..
The main course took awhile to come but the desserts were absolutely fantastic.. At the top of Norton Summit, you get a really nice sunset view of the Yorke Peninsula... If not for the food, then for the desserts and the view!!
I love their schnitzel days for $8.90 and it comes with a salad bar!! The outdoor deck setting that they have is fantastic with a nice view of the new port river expressway and the port. The inside is lined with ancient photos of Port Adelaide in the 1800s..
