I ordered some compression stockings for a trip overseas & the pharmacist told me they would phone once available. It never happened. So I phoned to check if they were in. They were. When I arrived there, the pharmacist couldn't find them, but said he would order them in for me. Stupidly, I decided to add some heat packs to my order. The pharmacist said they would call once the heat packs were in. It never happened. So I called to check my order was in. When I turned up, the pharmacist couldn't find my order & asked me "Are you sure you ordered them?" (is this what he asks patients? "Are you sure you're sick?"). He eventually found my order & I paid for them on credit. However, he forgot to give me a receipt. I only realised once I got home so called him. He responded he would leave a receipt for me in a few days. When I went back in a few days, he wasn't on duty & hadn't left a note for the other staff. I explained the situation to one of the shop girls, who then passed it to one of the dispensary assistants. The dispensary assistant then said to me angrily "I don't understand what it is that you want". She said this before giving me a chance to explain myself!
Just appalling...

Location, location, location: the view is great. Service was also good. However, food was hit & miss. My entree of scallops was delicious; but my main was a bit disappointing. The duck was good, however, the accompanying salad was disappointing. You have a little of the kitchen & the decor surrounding the kitchen is lovely.

The first two times we ate here, we were happy with the meals. However, our recent meal was a disappointment. The service was slow & when I looked for someone, I was told they would attend to me. Then I heard mumbling behind my back. The waitress was rude & our food was oily. Standards have slipped.

This fabulous restaurant serves great food of which there are two choices: tapas or a la carte. The food was so good that we thanked the chef afterward. The wines are sourced from around the world. Even if you're not a wine drinker, the staff are eager to please & they made a mocktail according to my requirements. Decor also great.

Lots to like about this place: a lovely, expansive shopfront. Great food (although the portions could be a little bigger). The bathroom was clean & well furnished. But the best thing about this place is the fact that the waiters speak to you in Italian! Too cute!

The clothes here are of good quality & good value for money.Its also open til late every day. Most things these days are made in China hence the low prices we pay. However, the Chinese staff are overworked (to the point of suicide) & paid very little eg they get paid 50cents for a shirt that we pay $100. Apparently Kmart offer better working conditions for these poor souls-just another reason for me to be a loyal customer!

I recently bought a return flight to Chile with LAN airlines. I emailed travel.com.au about reserving a seat for my flight home but they didn't respond. After the second email they gave me a reference number but it turned out that this number was incorrect. They informed me to ring LAN in Australia, however, the time difference between Chile and Australia made this difficult. As a result, I contacted LAN in Chile, who gave me the correct reference number.
Numerous attempts to check-in using this number were also unsuccessful due to the fact, as I later found out (at the airport), that I had booked overseas and so was unable to reserve my seat. This was not stated in the terms and conditions of the LAN website nor on the travel.com website.
I ended up checking in at the airport. Talk about shonky!

The standout of this place is its location-the art gallery is a simply serene setting. The food was great, but overpriced. Service was rather quick.

Fantastic food in otherwise cramped settings. The service seems to vary everytime I eat here. Nonetheless a great feed at reasonable prices
