I was coming here once a week for a take away foccasia (half garlic/half cheese) which was never a problem. After tonight's event though, I will never go back. Tonight I was approached by the manager who said half/half didnt exist. I explained that I had been doing this every week and he was extremely rude and even had the nerve to call me a liar. I have never been so disgusted. Needless to say I will be making sure everyone knows what kind of jerk runs this place.

First time I came here, the food was fantastic but the service incredibly poor. Because of the food, I attempted to come a second time, but to find that they 'didn't feel like opening the kitchen.' Mind you this was at approx 1pm in the afternoon. The third time the service and food was terrible. My meal was cold and incredibly average. Never again!

Went there with a group of 12 people. Overpriced, poor quality food. Service incredibly average, especially seeing we were a large group, basically ignored. Overall, not impressed and wont return.

The best scones, jam and cream in Victoria! I've tried many items on the menu, and even though the food is expensive, the food is great and the service is great. I am more than happy to come here and wait in queue.

Service is good however food is very basic and cooked by microwave. Big breakfast was $9.95 and definetely the worst i've had. I wasn't overly impressed with the coffee quality either. Waste of time and money.

I come here regularly and I am always impressed. The staff are fantastic and the food is always fresh and tasty. They specialise in all day breakfast and have a large menu. Prices are a little high but it is worth it. I highly recommend!

Horrendous! Expensive cover door charge to see a jazz and or burlesque show. Show advertised to start at 7. Most of the time, starts 2 hours late. Show very short, about 10 mins before a very long interval before another 10 to 15 min performance. Food menu consists of $8 small pizzas and $8 for four canapés. Cocktails start from $15. Service is poor, food and show quality is poor. Very over priced and very disappointing.

Great food to try but pricey and very small selection. Very poor customer service...actually no customer service. And I when I commented on the service, I was further ignored. Their menu consists of one dessert which they had run out of early in the evening when we were there!
Not a place I would recommend at all.

Excellent food, Excellent service. Would highly recommend. You must try the lindt white hot chocolate and their killer scones with homemade jam. I also enjoyed a very tasty roast pumpkin, sundried tomato, pesto and feta baguette which was great value for money at $11 and very filling :)
