Have purchased several apple watch and Garmin Fenix straps from OzStraps, service is excellent - recently one of the straps failed and the returns experience was also excellent.

Great experience with my bike service, bike came back nice and clean, seems to be running well.

There was confusion regarding the cost of the service; in particular I was charged $250 for an Ultegra outer chainring which is no more than $145.45 elsewhere, including Shimano's RRP! The other parts were marketed up too.

Two emails to Jet didn't resolve the issue (I politely asked if the price was wrong) but a quick visit to the store and the guy behind the counter knew I'd been overcharged and he resolved the issue.

Given the chainring showed on the receipt as a SKU and the price seemed connected with the SKU there was an issue with the price int he system.... how often does that happen? is it typically picked up?

Not a great outcome but ok, definitely giving the guys the benefit of the doubt.

Loved the service, trip from Hunters Hill to Cabarita - smooth sailing, boat was immaculate. Alex the skipper was fantastic even though he'd had some engine trouble earlier that day.

This review is for Mr. Bao, Sydney NSW

Good food, average service experience and a questionable view of food hygiene,

When I arrived it was 2pm, pretty quite except for the dozen or so staff milling around the pretty squeezy concession found at the rear of Sydney's smallest food-court. There was an air of enthusiastic disorder that made me think it had just opened but when I asked they told me they'd be around for a year or so. It didn't really show.

For whatever reason my food was very slow to arrive, one girl showed great concern and was terrific, no one else seemed to be affected. That said when my Bao (what's the multiple of Bao?) arrived the manager person offered me a drink on the house, so that was a decent recovery.

What bothered me most of all, though, was an air of ambivalence toward food hygiene. Two issues caught my eye... The Manager person had been on the phone, scratching her head like a daycare teacher, then without so much as a pause to glove up, started adjusting and refilling the straws. At the same time the helpful girl was ripping leaves into a bowl, again, no gloves. Then I noticed that hardly anyone was wearing gloves - that was pretty off-putting.

All in all the food was good, the value ok and the staff a bit shambolic. The food hygiene can be fixed, and should be, there are plenty of staff after all!

Love the staff and the food, the coffee is ok and well priced which is an advantage.

For a decent turkish toast with peanut butter breakfast this is the place - well toasted, lashings of topping, no messing around!

Top notch spot to chill, great coffee, food and staff, super homely environment too. There's nothing about this place I don't love.

Great experience with Highlander, highly professional and reliable.

Plumbing in Sydney is never cheap so it's be the work is done right, having used a "Cash" plumber I was left with a leak and no one to speak to, Highlander fixed the issue and I have had no other issues.

The Cash plumber took $700 for the work, and Highlander took a bit more however I clearly wish I has spent the money in the first place to get the job done right.

This review is for Waldorf Apartment Hotel, Canberra ACT

Every aspect of the Waldorf reflects a lack of investment for many years.

The room was very tired and the pool area was nothing short of an embarrassment. Rebadging a broken Sauna a Change Room doesn't make it so, there is a clear glass window on the door for a start. The showers don't function at all and on the day we were there the jacuzzi was also broken.

We had a fold out sofa bed that was impossible to sleep on and impossible to fold away leaving a bed size carbuncle in the middle of the lounge.

The bathroom in the room was clean but extremely out of date.

Suspect this is our last visit to the Waldorf.
