I needed to purchase a new tube of sunscreen for my family. I like to use zinc based sunscreens with as little chemical ingredients as possible. I've tried a few other brands of sunscreens but found them to be quite oily. I decided to try the sunscreen from Little Innocents. The ordering process was very easy, shipping was quite fast- arrived 3 days later. The sunscreen is great- not oily, has a pleasant smell. For the size of the product I was quite happy with the price plus postage- it compares well with similar products.

Having completed first aid courses with this company in the past I was happy to sign up to do the Anaphylaxis and Asthma courses in March 2013 at my local community centre.
The course was supposed to take place on Saturday 16th March. Unfortunately the trainer didn't have access to the materials needed so just didn't bother to turn up. After speaking with the owner on the Monday after we arranged to complete the course on Saturday 23rd March. The course went ahead on that day, no problems.
The problem is that it is now October 2013 and I still have not received my certificate for these courses- without them I have no proof that I have completed them. I have called Acute Health and sent a lot of emails to no avail. The staff promise to pass on messages, return calls etc but this rarely happens. The certificates have apparently been re-ordered at least 6 times but I still don't have one. Recently I have requested a refund- so far that has not happened either.

About 3 years ago I was looking for a new mechanic as I was not happy paying $250 for a minor service at the car yards mechanic. I found an advertisement for a new mechanic (Overflow Motors) opening up and decided to book our next service there. Took the car in and was greeted by Alan. He said he'd give me a call when it was done. I got a call around lunch time. Alan told me what he had done, what needed to be done next time and then charged me less than half what I was previously paying! Since then I have taken our 2 cars to get serviced by him every 6 months- even though we now live an hour and a half away. Not only is the price right but I trust Alan with our cars- not once has he steered us wrong.

My kids had received 2 for 1 Shake vouchers from one of their sports or activities (2 kids = 2 vouchers). We used one months ago with no problems at all. On that occasion my kids decided to get thick shakes. We were walking past there today so I decided to use the other voucher (no expiry date on them). Again they both chose to get thick shakes. I handed over the voucher to the lady and asked for 2 chocolate thick shakes. She replied that the vouchers are only for milk shakes. I said that would be fine. She threw the voucher away and proceeded to make the milk shakes. While she was doing this I started thinking about what was written on the vouchers and how we got to choose thick shakes last time. When she had finished I asked her if milk shakes was printed on the voucher ( or was it just shakes like I thought). She replied that no it doesn't say milk shakes but she gives these vouchers out all the time and knows that it's only for milk shakes. She then tacked onto the end something about receiving one for free anyway so what's the problem. I wasn't rude when I asked her- I merely wanted to know if it was my error or their voucher being unclear.

We purchased a tv for our daughters room. Rather than buy an indoor aerial, we decided to find out how much it would cost to reconnect the point in her room to the aerial on the roof (there are aerial points in all of the bedrooms in the house but the connection to the aerial on the roof had been cut). He was able to come out that same day, was here for under 30 minutes, got the tv working perfectly and only charged us $30. Could not have asked for a better outcome!

This review is for Target Online, Melbourne VIC

I ordered from Target Online for the first time a couple of weeks ago. The ordering process was very easy and I was happy to find that they were able to deliver to my PO Box as some online retailers will not. The package arrived 2-3 days later. I was really surprised to find that if the item didn't fit that Target Online offer a free return service. You simply pop your item back into the bag, seal it up and stick the return sticker back on the front. They also included a $5 off voucher if I spend over $50 on my next order.

I have been a customer of reuseit.com for a couple of years now. I started out buying reusable safe plastic bottles- this was before BPA free bottles became available in Australia. Since then I have returned to buy more water bottles, Neoprene covers for the water bottles to keep them cold, dish cloths and neoprene lunch bags. Just yesterday I purchased another lunch bag as I needed a bigger one for when the family goes out together eg to the football. The prices are reasonable for the quality of the products. As the company is in America delivery does take a couple of weeks.

My children absolutely love this play centre now that it is under new management. The place is so much cleaner, the staff are lovely and every now & then they have special offers (cheaper entry, 2 for 1 entry etc) . They also had an Easter Egg hunt this year which was heaps of fun.

I had 3 small chips in my windscreen that I wanted to repair just in case they got bigger. I spoke to Tim and we arranged a time for him to fix them. It didn't take very long at all and as they were smaller than he thought it was cheaper for me in the end.

This review is for Body Mods Piercing & Tattooing, Melton South VIC

I was new to the area and decided to check WOMOW for reviews on tattooists- if I didn't find any good reviews I was prepared to travel an hour and a half to my old tattooist.
I decided to give Body Mods a go, so booked in to get 2 tattoos done with Norm. I am so glad I checked here first and found this place! Norm was fantastic- I was getting the tattoos on my feet so I was very very nervous. He started chatting away and making jokes to calm me down. My husband was with me at the time and he has decided to see Norm for his next tattoo as well.
