It is a big store so there is a range of staff with varying experience and service values, but they are still quite good at providing service and good information. I have bought a number of items here and have been very happy with the sale from beginning to end. They do good deals, and the thing I value the most is the staff are respectful of their customers and their existing knowledge regardless of gender. They should be complimented on this, because when I shop the first thing I expect is to be seen as a customer and not be stereotyped by my gender, so the since I mostly end up buying from this Harvey Norman starts because they have always treated me with the equal respect we all deserve as people!

Very very yummy food! Their pies are amazing, only downside is they are so popular you are likely to miss out if you are having a late lunch. They have great cakes, breads and well I'm yet to come across anything their that isn't good! Definitely worth the visit, and if your travelling to forster for holidays it's so worth the small detour!

Ok, they have amazing food, but they do like to get that extra few dollars out of you at every chance. It is difficult to find a favourite chinese restaurant when the food makes the cut but they go out of their way to charge you extra to mix chicken and beef in the chow mein! Now normally this is to be expected, but its a bit rude when, rather than adding the chicken to the beef chow mein you ask for them to make the combination chow mein without seafood, and still charge you extra ON TOP of the combination chow mein price for them to take out the seafood! Usually a mix of chicken and beef chow mein costs more than just chicken OR Beef, and at worst the same price as combination, but NEVER more than the combination!

The staff are very good. Great customer service, knowledge and they provide an appropriate range of products for the demand in the area (which means you may not find all you want but they are willing to order anything not popular enough to stock it). They also have an excellent groomer, who deserves a 110% recommendation (despite the risk of promoting her to the point where I wont be able to get an appointment as easily as I am used to), but seriously she is an amazing groomer who is affordable, professional, does an incredible job and has a natural ability to calm and communicate with the pets she grooms, She also uses quality, low irritant products so pets with sensitive skin are catered for.

Well it is still like your usual Kmart, but the staff are pretty good, when you need help they are always pretty helpful, and I've only ever had one occasion when asking for help was a waste of my time, all other times they have been able to give me good customer service.

Very friendly, knowledgeable and customer focused. They sold me a good product, were respectful of my existing knowledge and gave a good deal on both the product and extended warranty.

Excellent staff, very knowledgeable, they always have my pet's best interests in mind and most of all they made my dog feel welcome and comfortable. They give treats to reward my dog for doing things like staying on the scales, and also after she gets injections or has to experience something unpleasant which promotes and reinforces the positive training methods they teach the owners to use in training a well behaved pet. Puppy pre-school was also excellent, very good start to training a well behaved and well socialised happy puppy. Excellent care of my puppy when she was desexed and had hernias repaired, quality post-op care. Would recommend them without hesitation.

Always great service, willing to help you with what you need and answer my many questions. It is a pet store so prices reflect that but they do have a good rewards program. The staff are actually interested in you and the wellbeing of your pet. They listen and learn from their customers so when you ask for help they can tell you experiences from other owners to complement their already indepth product knowledge.

Always great, excellent service and very professional. I do think that some products are a little more expensive than at some other places, but the quality service makes it worthwhile. Even though cheaper is better, if I had to choose between price and service I'd choose service, because when it comes to health care its good to know that you are walking away with something that is going to do good and not harm you!
