Top notch food top notch service with friendly and very efficient staff
The food was amazing. With all "classy" restaurants price was steep, but considering what you pay for a pub meal definitely worth the money. Very filling and very tasty.
Very busy when we went for dinner yet staff were still on the ball and very efficient.
Give it a try. I want to go back for the coffee as I have heard it is the best going!
Had my haircut here by Bach
He was great. He asked me what I wanted and then gave me advice on what would suit my style and the way my hair goes.
Average price (cut and complete new style was $85)with most decent salons and I walked out feeling fantastic
Friendly staff and definitely be going back in the future
Fresh food, great service - friendly staff and efficient
Good size fish actually tastes like you are eating healthy - cant taste the greasy oil like a lot of fish and chip places.
Definitely recommend it
Approximate cost: $9
A bit like Trampoline or the other ice cream places.
Very good sizing especially for kids.
You can get one scoop but two flavours so basically 2 scoops for $4. Luckily I was advised this by the staff or I would have given my 2 nephews a sugar overload.
Definitely good value seeing as you can pay more for less at other places
Very popular in the hot weather. The staff are friendly and patient with indecisive children
Approximate cost: $5
Went at about midday and could have chosen from breakfast lunch or brunch.
Decided on brunch and had corn and polenta stacks with Salmon (could have had bacon instead). With avocado and sour cream
Was about $16 and when it came out it looked on the small side but was deceivingly filling. Considering that is average price for breakfast these days it is quite good value
Coffee is amazing too
Approximate cost: $19
Had brunch here and the food is yum, the service is fast and friendly and the coffee is very good at the average price of coffee anywhere.
With a number of choices to dine on Hampton St, I would go back here again and again
Great coffee, friendly staff. Nice to the kids. Nice cakes and yummy lunches (also do breakfast but I haven't been there for breakfast)
Take away or eat in, a small café away from all the fanfare of Hampton St. Small and isolated but always busy.
Just goes to show a good rep means good business no matter where you are located
Great size meals, lovely area inside or out. Food is to a very high standard and staff are nice, helpful and friendly.
Whether it be for a coffee or a wine with some snacks, or a meal, I recommend Brown Cow
Approximate cost: $18
We went here for lunch one day, and had the steak sandwhich. Both the staff that served us were friendly and very helpful. You could tell it was genuine as well. and not forced friendliness
The meal came out quck and was very tasty and for $15, great value. I ate too much. The side salad replaced the coleslaw that it advisedon the menu, but was still very good.
The side of chips were also delicious
Can't wait to go back and try the other items on the menu.
Extra credit for the great service!
Approximate cost: $15.00
I have had foccacias from here - chicken with Pesto being my favourite.
They are reasonably quick to bring the meal to you, and are friendly.
I have had their mixed juice which is pretty good ($5.00 for a tall glass) and also their chips. I have shared a foccacia and bowl of hot chips with a friend for lunch and it is enough - as they are decent sized foccacias (about $7.50)
Approximate cost: $7.50
