I started training at Nemesis earlier in the year and loved it. However after a month a fell out of training consistently and stopped going. It wasn't long before I was contacted by the coaches too see how I was going and help me set up goals to achieve. I have trained at other MMA gyms and it's easy to be treated as a number and forgotten about once you sign up. This is not the case at Nemesis, the coaches here genuinely care about your progress and will do what it takes to get you back on track and further your skills.
The coaches are always creating unique events like sparring days and seminars to add variety, and there is always the option to compete if you like too (but no pressure to!)
The environment is friendly, with other members always keen to give new people some tips to improve their A game.
Whether you are experienced or brand new, this is the place to train. Highly recommended.
