Went to see Jon after struggling for a few weeks with a painful knee issue that was affecting not just my running and fitness pursuits but also everyday activity. After just the first session during which Jon diagnosed and began treating the issue,i actually walked out with my knee feeling better than it had been for weeks.I must say i was very very surprised how good it felt after one session.
