I was considering putting my aunty there but decided against it. I found the PCA Staff to be extremely rude, many of them spoke very poor english and treat the residents like children. The Management are arrogant with staff, fawning to residents families and are prepared to sell out any staff member to keep the money flowing. Much ado is made of the resident lounges and other facilities but behind the scenes the rooms are seldom kept clean by staff and the bathrooms are always dirty, with dirty w/c's and overflowing bins. The food although adequate is hardly of a gormet standard Regis promotes it to be. And food hygeine and preparation is very poor, with ice cream left to melt and food kept under heatlamps or just sitting on the benches for longer than desirable. Same with the rooms, they are NOT of 5 star standard, more like that of a very average suburban motel. Big thumbs down, you can do better in a cheaper facility
