I am writing to sincerely thanks ABC Seamless for the outstanding customer service we received when we recently replaced our metal roof and guttering.
We contacted ABC Seamless after receiving a pamphlet in the mail. At this point we were very despondent about the replacement of our roof as we had received three prior quotes. Our house is on a high point in the street and is difficult to access with 22 stairs to the front door. Need less to say the three quotes we had received for our roof were grossly overpriced due to the difficult nature of the job itself. Each contractor was very unenthusiastic to do the work.
After contacting ABC, we were put in touch with sales rep Dave who was brilliant. Nothing was a problem for Dave who was enthusiastic about helping us in our roof replacement. He was friendly, flexible and always available to ask questions and make changes. The price of the roof was an astounding $10 000 cheaper than our most expensive previous quote.
The contractors ( I forgot their names) who worked on our roof for four days were friendly, polite and worked extremely hard getting the job done without a complaint. I was consulted in decisions and able to communicate any concerns I had to them. When the job was halfway finished over the weekend, it rained on a Sunday. The contractor called me twice to ensure the roof was holding up in the adverse weather. His was genuinely concerned about his work which we appreciated.
I don't normally write letters of appreciation but we are so grateful to have met Dave Gainsford and his team who helped us out on a job nobody wanted to do. The accounts staff has also been very flexible and accommodating , in what was a very stressful time for us. ,
I have recommended ABC seamless to friends and will continue to do so. We love our new roof , guttering and always admire it with appreciation for ABC Seamless!!
