This is our first engagement with financial advisors. Both Stephen & Daniel are great in what they do. We even heard other financial advisors recommend them, believe it or not.

The exterior & interior paint work done was acceptable. However, within a couple of weeks, the cracks within one of the room walls started to re-appear where they originally filled.

I can understand land movement but Diane did assure me that it should last for many months as they do proper job unlike the regular painters out there. I'm reasonable and therefore expects them to re-patch it via a simple after-sales request.

Initially, their original phone contact was disconnected but I stumbled upon a new number on their website. This was circa early 2014, though. Finally, armed with a new number but did not yield any positive results. Repeated voice mails and emails messages were ignored.

It's funny when I first called to commence this project and left a voice mail, Diane returned my call, but this time a voice mail to re-fix the cracks did not get similar result.

After sales-service & warranty is not their thing.

I waited about a year before I posted this review. Yes, the ducted heating system that Michael installed was very reasonably priced (as compared to others) and it works till now without any issues!

This business was sold to a Chinese family. I thought their quality will go down as the original family may not have 'discipled' the right ingredients. But after going to them for several years, the flavour and taste remains intact.

It is definitely above average fish & chips joint.

JAE is probably cheaper than the rest but he did not compromise on quality!

Like he said, he treats the light fittings installation as if he's doing it for his own home. This is what I've noticed too.

I got him to do a lot of lights installations. Almost the whole house.

I envisage he and I can build a long term relationship for all my future electricity works.

Good quality shower screens installed.

Not the cheapest but reasonably priced. We wanted an experienced guy who can do the job and have confidence that it will take X time and able to plan ahead. Some of the other tradies that rock up can't even present themselves well let alone wanted them to tear down the old screens.

At the end, the workmanship and politeness of the install shines.
