I got in touch with Brett after reading great reviews here at WOMO. He came over for a quote and we agreed on a start day a few weeks later in mid November 2015. He is a nice and pleasant guy and was here on time and did most of the job as expected, cleanly and with quality (Brick BBQ project). The job was about 80% completed and I paid him for that. He left his wheelbarrow and somewhat of a mess on the deck area surrounding the BBQ project, with the intent to finish and clean up everything the following day when he was supposed to come back to complete it. But on the following day he did not come, allegedly saying that he had some family emergency. As I am aware that these things do happen, I let it be for a few days and then tried to contact him to get an understanding of when he thought he would be able to come back to finish the job. He said he was going to be in touch in a day or two. Since then I was not able to get in touch with him again. I called a few times over the next few days, weeks and months and left several messages. He has not returned any of them nor has he given any explananation as to what happened. In the end I was left with an unfinished project right before Christmas, with the hard task to find someone to complete it in time for the holidays (which thankfully I did, albeit at some extra unbugeted cost). Also, there is his wheelbarrow that he does not seem to want to collect and finally the mess he left behind, meaning I'll now need to sand a large part of the deck area and repaint.
Unfortunately I would not recommend his services, not so much for the quality of his tradesmanship, which is in fact good, but for the fact that he has walked away and left everything messy, whithout completing the project and whitout any explanation or follow up.

It is hard to find good trustworthy mechanics these days so I am pleased to say that the team here at Goodyear AutoCare are really knowledgeable and honest. And very good customer service too!

I have found Con through WOMO and he did a fantastic job on the windows of my double storey house (besides being a very nice guy)! Came over at the day and time we had agreed upon, quoted a reasonable price and the quality of work was fantastic. Here is a guy that has real pride in what he does and does it well. Highly recoomend him!

I've decided to use Encore Wardrobes due to the good recommendations found here at WOMO and have been extremelly satisfied with Matt's services. He is a very likeable person, punctual and professional. We had 3 robes and a walk in robe done and Matt executed them on the agreed timeframe and to an excellent level of quality. Matt also ended up coming back another day to help my husband finish the front deck (you know those unfinished jobs that the husband always leaves behind?), which was above and beyond what anyone would expect. I highly recommend his business and his services.

Michael is very friendly and is awesome at what he does. He has fixed bags, shoes, zippers and even declined to do some jobs that he thought would cost me too much and suggested that the better value was in aquiring a new item. You don't easily find this kind of honesty and helpfulness these days. Could not recommend his services more!
