Immediately we entered the premises we were greeted and a genuine interest was shown in our requirements. We came away with travel brochures to look at and the agent took our details and said she would contact us when specials were available. She also gave each of us her business card

the food was interesting and pleasantly presented. The staff were very happy and attentive. We enjoyed our dining experience

The hairdressers listened to what I wanted and nothing was too much trouble. The coffee was great also
