I was furious today when my husband went into ANZ (once again) and find one staff member and he was fifth in line. the teller was chatting as though they were catching up on old times. I was shocked when he came out and said I can't just stand there whilst that female in there chats away about oh and how is so and so , especially as there 4 other people sitting at their desks doing what they normally do . I do think when "customers" are lined up that these people should leave their jobs and come and serve. I used to have my business account with them and when i cancelled my eftpos machine and took it back. i got billed for it and no one knew where it was , it was found a month later under the counter as it had never been sent back to where it was supposed to be sent too. they have caused us so much stress in so many ways. the cost i filled in was our repayment on a loan.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I was appalled at what this poor mother paid to give her child a great birthday experience. On the brochure it mentioned that they would have a hostess. the room was set up with a box for the children containing about 12 chips, one nugget and one little frankfurt. ALL food poisioningly COLD. 3 COLD pizzas for adults sat on a table. The HOSTESS (which you were lead to believe was to be with you for the hour you had the room for) arrived and went to put some music on and then said OH the batteries are flat. She then came back "40" minutes later after a complaint was made to put in the new batteries. chipmunk was there for 7 minutes if that. When the woman who had booked the party complained and said she'd like soem money back she was told "rather sadly" that , that was no problem but would come out of her wages (highly illegal) so this should be taken further, IF it is true. Then the cake was given out and everyone was told could you take your cake and eat it outside the room as this room has another party due and we are given 15 minutes to clean and set out the next parties food. children recieved a party bag and this totalled $37.50 per head ( for 8 children). OH and right at the beginning there was supposed to be a big platter of fairy bread which wasnt served. When asked about it the manageress said 'YOU sure you Paid" !! ANYONE wanting to start up a business in competition will wipe this place out as it is a rip off, badly run and disappointing to say the least. Ive worked out the price per head for the cost below.

Lovely friendly staff and I like the fact they do a seniors special which means they get a coffee of their choice for $3 or a big mug for $3.50 and for only 50c a choice of 2 cookies from a choice of about a dozen different cookies. I"m sick of other cheaper places charging $4.50 for a cardboard cup of coffee and its nice to be served in a china cup or mug. a great array of buscuits too which i do find a bit overpriced.

OMG I don't know where to start, lino floors, mistmatched art work and food that is tepid at most. Bit like the slops you get at the food court. I'm still in a state of shock I didnt end up spending my night in casualty with food poisoning. Can anyone tell me why the health department never goes to these chinese take aways/ buffets as I've yet to have a piece of hot food there. there was something there which was , from memory ribs in plum sauce. it was stuck fast to the bottom of the baine marie and no amount of pushing and shoving was going to remove one of them. when we left it had not been topped up and no one I saw had managed to remove one either. YES i would have turned around and walked away but i was with a family with little children that were excited about going to a buffet. This is a health hazard to have food that is luke warm and well below health standards

Continually high standards, we take internatinal and interstate visitors there without fail when they are with us. Love the food, prices for the Valley are very reasonable and there are two areas you can choose to eat and they do wonderful functions and what i love most is you can hve your own personal little buffet at your table so you get to taste some incredible dishes.
