Beautiful food and great service, but very expensive. The restaurant is very minimalist and a bit cold-looking, but they have some nice banquettes on the walls that make it more comfortable.

I needed a repair to my vacuum cleaner. Rang- they said they could do it on the spot. Took it in immediately, they told me to come back in half an hour. Came back, told me to go away & they would call. Picked it up the next day- $80 for a simple cord repair- then they rang me to say I had to come back again as they had forgotten to replace the belt. Staff told me the $80 was for labour, but when I checked with Godfreys head office, they said as this is a franchise store I was charged more- it would have be $49.95 if I'd gone to a company- owned store. I asked how I am supposed to know the difference and was told I should have asked! The head office said in essence that they can't help me as it's a franchisee, and they can do what they want. Which doesn't leave much of an option as the store refered me to the head office. I went back to the store, who then said $49.95 of the $80 was labour and the rest parts, even though I'd been told there were no parts used previously.
What really annoys me is that I bought this machine for $399 a few years back from another Godfreys store, and was told it was brand new. When I got it home, it had obviously been used and was damaged, but they refused to do anything as they said I had done it after I bought it.
Long story short- do not trust this company- they are shonky and untrustworthy. They have no idea of customer service and their business practices are not good.

We eat here all the time & the food is always great. They do gluten free pizzas and some pastas as well. Good service, and if you don't want to wait on a Friday/ Saturday night, just call & book.

The food at this restaurant is a cut above your average hotel experience. good service and great fresh food- surprisingly well-priced for lunch. I've had lunch here several times & it's always been very good.

The food was OK although have had much better Greek food elsewhere. Waitress was very nice but we didn't see much of her, so we went without drinks a lot of the time. Not great value for money & they charged a 10% weekend surcharge.

I booked the room direct with the hotel several months ago on a 'summer special' package and requested a non-smoking room. The room reeked of smoke, was very run down and badly in need of refurbishment. The buffet breakfast next morning was ordinary at best. Not a hotel I could recommmend, mainly because it is very over-priced for what it is.

Fantastic food- relaxed atmosphere but the service is great. The food is modern, leaing to slightly Italian. The chef's specialty is a grilled garfish entree which was really lovely. The wine list is one of the best I've ever seen. Not a cheap eat, but great for a special occasion.

Had a function here recently. The food was OK for such a big group- banquets are often pretty ordinary. It was just OK, though, and when a waitress offered us more roti bread and then threw a handful into the basket on the table, we were a bit taken aback!

I love this place- great facials and massages. I travel from Sunbury to see them as they are so good. The 30 minute facial is great value if you're in a rush or having trouble justifying spending more on yourself!

At last- some good shopping in Sunbury! This store has great specials, but you have to get in quick. They don't have a lot of the advertised item sometimes, or many sizes (especially shoes) but if you're after homewares or clothing, give it a go.
