Quoted on replacing a split system that he said was unfixable. The price for replacement was reasonable but i decided to get a second oppinion. Found outt he the unit could be fixed and for a small fee on the spot.

Had an split system air/con stop working. Received a quote from one guy who said it was stuffed and would need replacing then quoted $1800. Airmate came to have alook and fixed it on the spot and replaced a few parts for $495. Was rapted.

Unbelievable, no call backs, no follow ups. Spoke to supervisor was promised the world then nothing. this went on for nearly 3 months before i spoke to the big boss who apologised and all of a sudden things strted to happen but no documents and no futher follow up. Really was an unreal experience.
