Dave discussed the wi-fi issues we had with Sean last Friday and we both welcomed Sean last Monday 2 March, when he dropped back to our place, hopefully with solutions.

Sean had worked on 2 modems for us to identify the issue. We all sat together to work on the next steps.

Sean explained everything along the way, and worked hard on some continuing glitches. We couldn’t believe that he was able to fix the issue, solve complex associated issues and explain to us, what was going on. We didn’t feel silly, even though Sean is clearly miles ahead of us on this stuff.

Sean is personable, smart, savvy, solutions focused and people focused. You just can’t get better than that!
