Wow what an experience! As a hypnotherapist, Helen, more than delivered! I went in just to quit smoking but came out with all of my anger, anxiety and fears that I was carrying that I wasn't even aware if have been taken care of. On top of that, I have now been given a new lease of life, I have quit smoking and am ready to embark on a new career, one that I never envisaged ever before walking in to have my first consult.
